KISDI (KISDI, President Kim Do-hwan) kicked off an advisory advisory to Rwanda Radio Management Policy Advisory at the small meeting room on the 4th floor of the ICT Research Institute (Jincheon, Chungbuk) at 10 am on September 5, 2016. Kick-off meetings and expert seminars were held.

The invitational consultation, which runs from Sunday, September 4, 2016 to Saturday, October 10, 2016, is part of the Rwanda Radio Management Policy Advisory. A total of three RURA officials, including Mr. James Musinguzi), participated. During this period, a detailed program was set up so that the delegation of Rwanda could visit radio related organizations to directly experience the current status of radio management in Korea, and to consult on radio management policies by sharing related knowledge and experiences through seminars.

At the kick-off meeting, the head of the International Organization for Cooperation Group, Servo, welcomes the visit of the delegation of Rwanda. The invitational consultation program will enhance the understanding of the two countries' propagation policy and environment management and discuss ongoing cooperation. I hope to be a place of opportunity.

During the invitational consultation, the Rwandan delegation will participate in radio management-related organizations and seminars such as Korea Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), Seoul Radio Office, Seoul Northern Office, Satellite Radio Monitoring Center (SRMC), and Innonet. The Rwanda delegation will share its expertise and discuss key issues with Korea's radio management policy and technology through an invitational advisory program. The final workshop will be carried out to reflect the main issues raised in the invitation consultation, and a systematic approach will lead to a proposal for Rwanda radio management policy.
