Rep. Song Hee-kyung of the Liberal Korean Party unveiled a backpack that acts as a mobile base station using 'TVWS' technology.

Senator Song's assistant took the backpack and caught her eye.

"If you go to a fire or a disaster site, Wi-Fi is connected right away."

"But it was all developed, but it was only exported overseas because of regulatory issues."

"The government's job is to have the government use our taxes when companies work so hard," she said.
