There is a presentation about TVWS at Seoul Global Knowledge Cooperation Complex as a D-TV conversion consulting project for developing countries supported by Korea Export-Import Bank and World Bank. Attendees were broadcast & communication policymakers from Albania, Kosovo and Senegal, and were interested in using TVWS after the D-TV conversion.
